Ontario has declared a provincial emergency to address the third wave of COVID-19. A Stay-At-Home order came into effect on April 8 at 12:01 a.m. to help stop the spread and protect Ontario’s health system. Back on Track Physio and Health Centres and its clinics across the province remain open for in-person treatment.
To ensure the safety of our clients and the safety of our team during appointments, all clinics have implemented strict safety procedures, including: patient pre-screening and screening upon arrival, limitations on the number of patients in the office at one time, rigorous sanitization and disinfection processes, mandatory mask regulations, and plexiglass installation.
Back on Track is still offering virtual (video/telehealth) treatments to access care from the comfort of your own home if you are vulnerable or susceptible and unable to come in.
Our clinics are happy to continue treating our clients and closely follow individual treatment plans without significant disruption.
