Back on Track offers Ontario Assistive Devices Program (ADP) authorizers that can assess clients’ needs for mobility aids and accessories.
Clients are assessed by a registered Occupational Therapist or a Physiotherapist who is a certified ADP authorizer. The therapist will work closely with the clients in their homes along with local client chosen ADP authorized vendors to provide appropriate mobility equipment needed to improve their quality of life.
Clients can be assessed for several mobility devices such as:
- Manual and Power wheelchairs
- Wheelchair cushions
- Wheelchair back supports and other accessories
- Scooters
- Walkers
