Back On Track Physiotherapy and Health Centres are proud to offer In-Home Therapy sessions with one of our Health Care Professionals.

Mobility issues are common among our patients and often it is difficult for them to get to one of our 10 locations in the Ottawa region.

This is why we are now offering a variety of therapy options that can be utilized in your own home.  These include Physiotherapy, Manual Osteopathy and Kinesiology.

We have a roster of Health Care professionals that will come to your home to:

1.       evaluate your needs with a thorough assessment

2.       create and implement a treatment plan based on your specific needs, and

3.       educate you on exercises and strategies to deal with pain, weakness, balance, and mobility issues.

To access this service email homecare@backontrackphysiotherapy.com or call/email the clinic that you typically receive your care (see below).  You can then provide your location and hours of availability and the condition you are dealing with, and the appropriate health care provider will be assigned to you to schedule the appointment.
